How and when your eSIM arrives, what happens if issuing takes longer, and why the QR code does not travel inside the e-mail.

Delivery is digital
There is no physical shipment. Your eSIM arrives as a QR code and an activation code, in your account and by e-mail.
When it is ready
Issuing starts as soon as the payment is confirmed by the financial institution. On most plans the eSIM is ready right after.
Some plans are issued asynchronously by the local carrier and take longer. In those cases your order shows its current state in your account, and you get an e-mail as soon as the QR code is available.
If something stalls
If issuing does not complete, your order and your payment are preserved and our team is alerted automatically. We fix it or refund you.
You do not need to do anything but wait for the e-mail.
QR code security
The QR code is your plan: whoever has it can install it. That is why it does not travel inside the e-mail, but behind a secure link that only opens with your access.
