Terms of use
The rules between you and Mondial Chips: what we sell, how plan validity works, and what depends on your device.
Updated on Sep 05, 2026
What Mondial Chips sells
Mondial Chips resells mobile data plans in eSIM form, issued by partner carriers, for use on international trips.
The product is digital. There is no physical delivery and we do not ship plastic SIM cards.
Device compatibility
The plan only works on an eSIM capable, carrier unlocked device. Check your model on our device page or on the phone itself before buying.
A carrier locked phone will not install another carrier eSIM. That is a device limitation, not a plan limitation.
Coverage and speed
Coverage and speed depend on the local carrier network where you are, and can vary within the same country.
We list the networks each plan reaches. We do not promise a minimum speed or coverage at specific spots, because that is not ours to promise.
Plan validity
Validity starts counting on the first connection to the destination network, not at purchase or installation.
When validity ends, or the data runs out, the connection stops. Unused data does not become credit.
Acceptable use
The plan is for personal travel use. It may not be resold, used for automated bulk traffic, or for any unlawful activity.
The partner carrier may suspend a plan used against its rules, and in those cases there is no refund.
Price and billing
Prices show in the currency you pick for reference. The charge happens in the currency shown on the payment screen, before you confirm.
You see the final amount before paying. There is no recurring charge and we do not store your card details.
